
PAYMENTS, RETURNS, REFUNDS & SHIPPING POLICIES
The following policies apply to all customized and non-custom products sold by Custom Craps Table (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order, the customer (“you,” “buyer,” “client”) agrees to the terms outlined below.
Custom Orders – Final Sale
Customized products include, but are not limited to:

customized craps tables
-
custom dice
-
custom table felts and layouts
-
custom chips
-
any product designed, printed, or built according to customer specifications
Because custom products are made exclusively to the customer’s selected specifications, all custom orders are final sale once design approval and payment have been submitted. Custom items cannot be modified, cancelled, refunded, or returned for any reason after production has begun.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all measurements, design elements, colors, artwork placements, and customization proofs before approving the design.
Ordering & Paying for Customized Products
Before placing an order for any customized product, customers must first contact us to discuss their preferred design, dimensions, materials, artwork, colors, and all customization details. Customization proofs will be prepared and shared for review.

Once you have reviewed the customization proofs and are fully satisfied with the final design, you may place your order and submit full payment. A production slot is assigned only after full payment is received, and manufacturing begins only once the final design has been approved.
Production cannot begin under any circumstances until payment is completed and the customer has approved all customization details.
Payments for Non-Custom Products
Non-custom products must be paid in full at checkout. Non-custom items may qualify for returns (see Return Policy below). Non-custom items do not require customization review.
Custom Products
Custom products are not eligible for returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
All sales are final once payment has been submitted.
Non-Custom Products
Non-custom items may be returned under the following conditions:

The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved non-custom returns.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping arrangements and costs.

Shipping fees, duties, and associated costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
All products are built to order and shipped directly from our overseas manufacturing partners. Production timelines vary depending on product complexity and workload. Once production is complete, your order enters international freight transit.
Typical freight timeline: 4–6 weeks, including:

final domestic delivery
All orders include free shipping, which covers:

international freight charges
-
customs clearance

import duties and taxes
-
document and handling fees
Tracking information will be provided once the shipment is in transit.
Delivery, Inspection & Damage Reporting Requirements
All freight shipments require inspection upon delivery. To ensure any damage that occurs in transit can be properly documented and claimed, customers must follow these steps:
If there is visible damage to the packaging at delivery:

Note the damage clearly on the Proof of Delivery (POD) receipt.

Take clear photos of all damaged areas before opening the package.
-
Send us the pictures within 24 hours of delivery so we may file a damage-in-transit claim.
Failure to document damage at the time of delivery may void eligibility for a freight claim.
Important Delivery Reminders (Customer Responsibilities)
To ensure customer rights are protected, the recipient must inspect the shipment in person at the time of delivery. Please follow these guidelines:

If any damage or shortage is visible, it must be written clearly on the POD.

If the POD is signed with no notation of damage, the shipment is legally considered to be received in full and in good condition.

Claims cannot be filed with the freight carrier or card company once a clean POD is signed.

Any post-delivery concerns must be reported to us within 72 hours so an investigation can be opened.
-
Claims submitted after the 72-hour window cannot be processed by U.S. freight authorities.

If a shipment is refused due to damage, inability to unload, or any other reason, carriers may charge:

warehouse storage fees
-
redelivery fees
-
secondary handling fees
These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Oversized Freight Delivery Time Guidelines
Freight carriers provide limited unloading time at the delivery address:
-
15 minutes for standard shipments
-
30 minutes for oversized or overweight shipments (items with any dimension exceeding 200 cm or weighing more than 1000 lbs)
If unloading exceeds these time limits, the carrier may apply waiting-time fees.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Damage, Loss & Risk of Transit
All custom products are photographed and inspected before packaging. Because documentation is provided before freight pickup, we are not responsible for damage, delays, or loss that occurs during transit after the freight carrier takes possession of the shipment.

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the shipment is handed to the carrier.
Customers are required to document any shipping damage immediately upon delivery.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected based on the delivery address and applicable tax laws.

Orders shipped to California are subject to California sales tax (CDTFA).

Orders shipped outside California will be charged sales tax only when legally required by the destination state.

International customers are not charged U.S. sales tax.
Warranty
We guarantee the workmanship and quality of custom products at the time they leave the factory. This warranty does not cover:

shipping damage
-
wear and tear
-
misuse or negligence
-
water or environmental exposure
-
incorrect installation
-
modifications or alterations
Our liability is limited to repair or replacement for verifiable manufacturing defects only.
