Frequently asked questions
Production time varies based on the level of customization, materials, and overall design complexity.
Custom craps tables: Typically 4–8 weeks
Custom dice, chips, layouts, and felts: Usually 2–4 weeks
Highly complex designs: May require additional time
Each piece is handcrafted by our manufacturing team, and we provide milestone updates. Once production is complete, you’ll receive detailed final approval photos prior to shipment.
You can customize nearly every part of your craps table or accessory. Choose the table size, wood finish, rail material, chip rail style, leg design, and color scheme. The felt layout is fully customizable, including text, colors, graphics, and your personal logo. Add custom lighting, cup holders, trim, accessories, and more. If you have a specific idea or special request, we can build it to match your vision.
To begin the customization process, customers must first contact us to discuss their preferred specifications, including dimensions, materials, colors, artwork, layouts, and any other personalized design elements. We will prepare and provide detailed customization proofs for review. Customers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing all proofs, measurements, and design details to ensure accuracy.
Once the customer is fully satisfied with the proofs and approves the final design, the order may be placed and payment must be submitted. Only after full payment for the customized product has been received do we reserve a production slot and commence manufacturing. Production will not begin under any circumstances until payment is completed and all design approvals have been formally confirmed.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos or videos of the concern. This allows us to review your case and provide guidance.
We provide detailed photos of every customized product — including tables, dice, felts, chips, and accessories — before shipment. These final approval photos confirm the condition, accuracy, and quality of your item prior to packaging and freight pickup.
Because all products are inspected, documented, and approved before shipping, we are not liable for any damage that occurs during transit. We strongly recommend inspecting your shipment upon arrival and documenting any external damage to the packaging, as this may be required for submitting a claim with the carrier.
For non-custom items, standard return policies apply.
Your custom order ships via insured international freight from our manufacturing partners. Freight delivery typically requires 4–6 weeks, depending on carrier schedules, customs clearance, and your delivery location. This timeline ensures the safest handling of oversized and fragile items like custom tables and gaming equipment.
You will receive a tracking number once your shipment is in transit.
